The founder of the company, V.G.Sathyanathan gained more than two decades of work experience in companies such as Hindustan Lever, Smithkline Beecham, RPG Cellular, Tata Teleservices and Bharti Airtel before setting up ABC Customer Service Pvt Ltd in 2006. He had undergone an Executive MBA program in IIM Ahmedabad during his corporate stint, fine tuning his skills in the area of customer relationship management.
