Founder
V. G. Sathyanathan
The founder of the company, V. G. Sathyanathan gained more than two decades of work experience in companies such as Hindustan Lever, Smithkline Beecham, RPG Cellular, Tata Teleservices and Bharti Airtel before setting up ABC Customer Service Pvt Ltd in 2006. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he is an expert in the area of customer relationship management.
Managing Director
Siddharth Madathilkatt is a second generation entrepreneur who has been running the business since 2018. He has brought about multiple changes to the company both aesthetically and from a business model standpoint. He believes in providing an excellent working environment for his staff and nurturing them in their professional careers. He comes with 5 years of prior work experience in the USA and Bangalore.
