This position of Customer Service Executive is for our client, a major Telecom company. Work location will be in our office in Kochi.


Job Description:

· Inform new customers about their current Postpaid plan

· Calling existing customers and informing them about their bill payment due date

· Asking the expected payment date and filling in the database

· Clear any bill related doubts that customers may have

· Communicating with customers for any bill concerns

· Guide customers over the call to enable auto pay feature for bills

· Explain about Value Added Services


Full fledged training on processes and products shall be provided before operations begin.


Location: Vennala, Kochi

Industry: Telecom

Client Geography: Kerala

Work Timing: 9.30am to 5.30pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday


Language fluency written: English (Basic)

Language fluency spoken: Malayalam

Computer Knowledge: Excel (Basic), Comfort in using new softwares

Other skills required: Confidence, Flexibility, Willingness to learn, Communication, Positivity, Friendliness, Team Player as well as Individual Contributor

Educational qualification: 12th standard or Graduate

Work Experience: 1 year of experience in telecalling. Open to freshers as well.


Salary: As per industry standard. Final amount shall be decided based on experience and performance in interview.
