This position of Operations Coordinator is for our client, a major Indian Telecom company. Work location will be in our office in Kochi.


Job Description:

· Extensive Email coordination with clients, stores and customers for various operations

· Service Request Management on the client software

· MIS Report preparation

· Telecalling database allocation to telecalling agents based on various parameters


Full fledged training on processes and products shall be provided before operations begin.


Location: Vennala, Kochi

Industry: Telecom

Client Geography: Kerala

Work Timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday


Language fluency written: English

Language fluency spoken: English and Malayalam

Computer Knowledge: Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table, basic formulas), Email, Comfort in using new softwares

Other skills required: Confidence, Flexibility, Willingness to learn, Communication, Positivity, Friendliness, Team Player as well as Individual Contributor

Educational qualification: Any Degree

Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Back office/MIS operations.


Salary: Rs 17,500 to 20,000 per month. Final amount shall be decided based on experience, performance in interview and computer test.
